Sensei Felix Valencia founded the LEKCI Angat Chapter after he graduated from PUP Sta. Mesa, Manila. He was taught by Sensei Paul Tucay.  Sensei Paul G. Tucay was his immediate superior at PUP Sta. Mesa Judo-Karate, now LEKCI PUP Chapter.  Sensei Valencia joined the police service right after his schooling in college.  Sensei Valencia’s dream is to pursue his pending plan to organize and continue the karate training in Angat town.  Sensei Valencia recruited karate players to represent Angat town in the southern part of Bulacan.

LEKCI MLQU Chapter Instructor Sensei Jude Oca founded this chapter in 1988. LEKCI MLQU Chapter is temporarily closed because Sensei Jude Oca migrated to the USA and joined the United States Army's 10th Mountain Cavalry, Fort Drum, New York.  LEKCI MLQU karate do members continued the operation until it was closed temporarily.  Pioneers may contact or text this number (315)222-4935.  Thanks.

NOTE: 

LEKCI KARATE is the only affiliate of FSKA/FSKA Premier.  The other LEKCI Groups such as LEKCI Arnis Group, LEKCI Judo Groups, etcetera...... are NOT because they have their own affiliations.

So, just to make it clear, the black belts of LEKCI Karate are the only instructors affiliated to FSKA/FSKA Premier.  Also, it is a yearly affiliation.
